[dropcap type=”1″]I[/dropcap]nternal Audits are conducted as per the Internal Audit Schedule by the responsible QA person, so as to determine the effectiveness of the Quality System according to the client requirements. The results of the audits are recorded and brought to the attention of the management responsible for the area audited, who are responsible for completing the necessary corrective action.

External Audits are carried out by the clients at Amoo facilities at their own discretion. The clients notify Amoo of the date, time, schedule and audit team prior to the audit. The clients prepare a written report of the findings from the departmental inspections. Suggested corrective actions are recorded and target dates and responsible persons are allocated. The report is submitted to the Amoo QA Manager who formalizes an audit response to the clients. The QA Manager also monitors the progress of the Corrective Actions. Progress reports are submitted to the clients, who advise whether information is sufficient to close the Audit findings.
