Admissions to Form One are subject to an interview and attainment of 300 points in the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE). Students must also provide a leaving certificate, and a proper birth certificate, all which must be submitted at the time of admission.

In case of inter-school transfer, KCPE result slip or Certificate, all the report forms from the previous school, Leaving Certificate and Transfer Certificate must be provided before admission.

Each individual student will be vetted by the school administration before he/she is admitted in to Domus Mariae School.
Admissions for all classes are over by 1st April and subject to availability of space admissions may go on up to end of July.

Withdrawal and transfer from any class must be preceded by a one term’s notice on intent to withdrawal in writing. All monies due to the School have to be cleared before a transfer certificate can be issued. No transfer certificate is issued if the student is withdrawn without prior notice.
